If you purchased the vending machine through a retailer, please contact them directly. If, on the other hand, the purchase was made directly from FAS, you can access the spare parts portal

If you purchased from a retailer, contact them to arrange for repairs. If you purchased directly from FAS, please send an email to tcs@fas.it indicating: the code or name of the faulty part, the serial number of the vending machine, and a brief description of the fault that has arisen.

Open the vending machine door and look for the white label on the right-hand side inside the machine. The serial number consists of 9 digits: it starts with 30 for models in the Hot range it starts with 20 for Cold and Delivery models (There is also a label located on the back of the machine).

If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly. If the purchase was made directly from FAS, the standard warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase from the distributor.

For direct purchases from FAS, as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale . FAS undertakes to repair the defective component under warranty at its premises (transport from the customer location to FAS is at the customer’s expense – transport from FAS to the customer’s location is at FAS’ expense).
